About Playmaker Nation
Playmaker Nation is an online youth sports development platform providing training programs, challenges, missions and development resources for players aged 8–18 years across eight Nations.
Our Platform is designed to help young athletes develop skills, build confidence and grow as leaders both on and off the field.
Eligibility and Accounts
To create an account and access full Platform features, you must:
- Be aged 8 years or older
- If under 18, have parental or guardian consent to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Membership and Payments
Certain features of the Platform require a paid membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase
- Provide accurate billing and payment information
- Authorise us to charge your nominated payment method
Refunds: Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.
Renewals: Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be notified before any renewal charge.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing. Existing members will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:

All content on the Platform — including training programs, missions, challenges, characters, graphics, text, videos and branding — is owned by or licensed to Playmaker Nation.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written permission.
Your personal training data and progress records remain yours. By using the Platform, you grant us a licence to use this data to provide and improve our services.
Children and Parental Consent
Playmaker Nation is designed for players aged 8–18 years. We take the safety and privacy of young users seriously.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Platform and ensuring it is appropriate for their age and maturity.
Where required by applicable law, we will seek verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children.
Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review, update or delete their child's account and information.
User-Generated Content
Where the Platform allows users to submit content (such as profile information, comments or challenge results), you are responsible for ensuring that content is accurate and does not infringe the rights of others.
By submitting content, you grant Playmaker Nation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- Training programs and content are for educational and development purposes only
- We are not responsible for any physical injury arising from participation in training activities

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playmaker Nation and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
